Our purpose is to create a forum where all generations have an opportunity to express issues or concerns they have experienced with other generations in the workplace . We encourage you to contribute, create or review a discussion to provide a shared understanding of these occurrences.
Our goal is to supply organizations with valid information that will assist them in increasing job satisfaction by understanding the diverse needs of different generations and to assist employees with navigating these differences.
